What to do when you feel like the world is crashing down on you

There are days, sometimes weeks, even months, that you feel the water crashing down on you. But just like a waterfall, if you keep standing where you are, you are not going to escape the crushing feeling.
The only way to escape, is to take a deep breath and go deep under the water to easily swim away.


That is the same with life. Don’t just stand there and let the pressures of life press down on you.
Take a deep breath and take the leap to look inside yourself to understand your thoughts, emotions, and mindset and then you have the ease of being able to swim away from the feelings of crashing water.
